TOOK THEM OVER A WEEK TO REPLY. REFUSED TO CANCEL MY ORDER THEN THEY CANCEL HALF THE ORSER AND THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY SAID "IT COMES WITH GUNBALLS THATS ENOUGH"-BUT YOU REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORGINAL ORDER BUT NOW U CANCEL HALF THE ORDER. SO THEY CHARGED ME FOR A MACHINE WITH NO REFILLS AND SAID IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH. COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A SCAM- BUY AMERICAN - STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINA/Japan Junk!!!!!!!!!

Product packaging is attractive but I will never be able to sell these gumball machines for anywhere near what the company suggests. In fact, PlayO themselves have some of these on Amazon for retail prices to the general public at or very close to what they are "wholesaling" them for on Faire. I will end up putting these out at a price much lower than what I thought when I ordered them. I suggest looking elsewhere for gumball machines.
