It is such a shame about this brand. As a UK retailer I always want to support local brands. But this brand always gives me problems. They are really slow to respond to any emails, most times they simply just ignore your queries, and when they do come back to you it's always a rude excuse or a ridiculously vague answer. They invite me to buy from them, when I finally did their site shopping bag gave us such problems we simply gave up in the end. And no help, rude response. Always rude, stay away from them.
