Dauliba are Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils. We are the Roma family and we own a large estate of olive trees in Spain since more than 30 years. In 2016 we decided to launch an olive oil business and we did it only for passion. During the farming and the harvest we monitor every little detail and we adhere to the highest quality standards in the process, manufacturing excellents products. Our first olive oil in the market was Dauliba, which is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the flesh of the olives, without the pit. We obtain a highly fruity olive taste, a green grass aroma and a subtle touch of bitter and spice all of which creates a flavor which is both intense but delicate. Later in 2021, we launched Aura. Still Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil but softer to taste, made in traditional manner with the pit and substantially sweet.
