Hi! I'm Kayla, creator, and owner of Wild Moon Studio Arts. I started my creative journey back in 2014 and have been creating knitwear ever since. My passion is creating fashionable handmade knitwear for men and women that is healthy for our environment. I prefer to use ethically sourced yarn made from merino wool, highland wool, and alpaca. However, I don't limit my materials to just that. Due to the nature of animal fibers, most are biodegradable so you can feel good about your purchase in the years to follow. Animal fibers like wool and alpaca are moisture-wicking and meant to keep you dry and warm throughout the colder months. My knitwear is made to last a lifetime and to be passed down throughout the family. I source my yarn, my faux fur pom-poms, and other essential knitting materials from other women-owned businesses as much as possible! I make all my products in my home office in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
