Horrible customer service, was quick to respond before I purchased and reached back out when I hadn’t responded but when I asked for an update on my order weeks later I was getting ignored all while she was posting more items for sale. Eventually she finally responded to me and I received my birthstone connectors I ordered and the quality honestly wasn’t even good. The little loop part that the jump ring is supposed to connect to wasn’t even sealed closed completely, and the metal was bent.
