We’re a family-owned business in the heart of Wolverhampton who opened up shop in April 2017 and have been growing like a puppy on a well-balanced diet ever since. And we keep things simple -- our store, warehouse and offices are all on the same site, meaning if there’s an issue with your order, it gets sorted as quick as possible. Our retail store has seen a variety of expansions ever since, such as the Community Aquarium and Sensory Activity Centre in 2020, the Reptile Room in 2021, and the Pond & Wildlife Education Centre in 2023. The vision... For several years now, we’ve been developing our own branded pet care products, which are made with one ethos in mind – everything we create is of good value. This stems from our own position as consumers, as we only believe in making products that we ourselves would want to buy. Everything we develop comes straight from the factory to our location in Wolverhampton, meaning that we’ve cut out the middleman entirely.
