Coco Jolie is the realization of a life long dream. Chef and owner Miriam Gitelman spent over 20 years as a design and technology professional, all the while honing her culinary and pastry skills via various side projects. A few years ago, Miriam had the opportunity to pursue her true passion and earn her Professional Pastry Arts degree from the International Culinary Center. She has since continued to study with master chocolatiers around the world, including Melissa Coppel and Andrey Dubovic. Through Coco Jolie, Miriam is able to share her love of chocolate, sweets, and creativity with others. The chocolates we create provide a luxurious, thought provoking taste and visual experience. Our bonbons, bars, and other products are developed through a process of exploration of flavor, texture, and visual presentation. Our creations are inspired by a variety of culinary and artistic traditions, as well as our continual exploration of flavors and cultures from around the world. All of our products are made with the finest natural ingredients, including Fair Trade, Organic, and Non-GMO chocolate, and are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. All of our products are vegan and we offer nut-free and gluten-free options as well. Coco Jolie views each creation as a gift to our customers, and the utmost love and care go into the every confection we make.

These are about the size of a medium size gumball at best. For the price they should have been a bit more than they are. Packaging is ok but the bands won't stay on. Way too expensive

I'm sorry that you were dissatisfied with your purchase. In the product description and the photo of the product, the actual size is clearly and accurately represented. We also clearly state that these are not the large cocoa bombs with marshmallows inside. Taste terrible! They do not dissolve well and taste nothing like hot chocolate. So disappointed.

I'm so sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. We hand make our cocoa bombs with the highest quality 70% chocolate, dark cacao powder, organic coconut milk powder, and organic cane sugar. It is certainly different than the store bought cocoa that most people are used to, which is mostly refined sugar and low grade cocoa powder. So there is a very big difference in the taste.
