Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that, after several months of use, the ring has lost some stones. We understand how frustrating that can be. Our products undergo quality controls, but with continuous use and the passage of time, especially for delicate pieces like rings, natural wear can occur. Reviewing your case and according to our records, approximately six months have passed since the purchase, while the customer claim period is 14 days, so in this case the incident falls outside the established period.
