VERY happy with my mannequin heads! I can’t believe how fast they were delivered, they were packaged well & are just as expected. I bought 6 heads for around $170 including shipping from CA to WV. I definitely recommend this brand & will be back in the future if & when I need more. I didn’t rate communication because they were shipped out the next day! So I didn’t really need to contact the brand.

I am very disappointed with the wig heads. They are not smooth at all and have bumps and imperfections all over the surface, including the bottom. The uneven texture makes them difficult to paint and achieve a professional finish. I was expecting a much higher quality product and am disappointed with what I received.

We sincerely apologize for the initial shipping error and understand your frustration. After reviewing the order, we discovered that only 3 cases were shipped instead of the 4 cases ordered. Once the issue was brought to our attention, we immediately sent replacement heads to cover both the missing quantity and the damaged units.
