THE BEGINNING Maison Specht is the entrepreneurial story written by Sébastien Specht, a passionate epicurean determined to shake up the world of soft drinks. Playing on the boundary between non-alcoholic and alcoholic, the first brand launched is called Borderline and offers fruit cocktails that alone express a whole universe, from the name to the recipe. THE PRODUCTION Our desire for innovation and quality quickly gives us a strong conviction: we must internalize production. In 2016, we built our workshop and launched La Boissonnerie de Paris, a range of pure juices and nectars. In 2020, shaken by Covid and the closure of our client bars and restaurants, we took the opportunity to innovate by launching a range of infusions and iced teas. THE PHOENIX'S RENAISSANCE In the spring of 2024, a fire indirectly affects the production workshop and forces the company to halt operations for several months and relocate to a new site in Mantes-la-Jolie, in the Yvelines. It's a sign! Like the Phoenix rising from its ashes, this fire should mark the birth of a new brand that relies on know-how and expertise acquired over the years. In September 2024, 14 years to the day after the adventure began, Borderline and La Boissonnerie de Paris become Maison Specht!
