Because this order was not communicated clearly, we unfortunately lost the entire shipment. The shipping confirmation listed one date and carrier, but the order was actually shipped earlier with a different carrier. It was left in the wrong location and not found until it was too late. We have since placed a second order and are still experiencing communication issues with the seller. Clear and accurate updates are needed to avoid further problems.
