About Falcon Enamelware
Originally manufactured in the Black Country area near Birmingham, England, Joe Kleiner & Sons created the original enamelware brand, distinctively ice-white with the blue rim, the classic design is still instantly recognisable to this day. In 2011, the original collection was revitalised – creating new colours and cookware sets along with increasing the gauge of the classic mug, making the products more durable and hard wearing. We continue to expand the range, by developing new tooling for beautiful yet functional products and now successfully selling in over 60 countries around the world. Pack sizes are per colour and cannot be mixed. Due to pack size restrictions, replacement orders may not be able to be fulfilled. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that we ship from our UK warehouse and we are not responsible for any costs associated with the importation of the products, including any customs fees and local taxes. USA ORDERS: For orders going to the US please check the latest government information on additional tariffs before placing your order. Our products are made in CHINA and of STEEL which incur additional tariff fees on top of standard customs, duty and local taxes. We really do love the enamel jugs! Usually they are great quality, sometimes there are a few jugs where the enamel is chipped off a bit but overall we are very happy with the quality. Great colors as well. Only downside is the expensive shipping costs, probably because each box is shipped individually.

I really wanted to love these products ! I ordered quite a few sets of the plates, bowls and tumblers they look stunning, but the quality unfortunately just isn’t there. I’ve had many customers come and complain and return due to chipping and rust, forming along the rim of the dishware very unfortunate, considering the cost and duties and because the pieces are stunning. I unfortunately am out of the money from the returns as they have been used.

While we carefully inspect all products before dispatch and use protective recyclable packaging, occasional damage can unfortunately occur during shipping. We put in a $3,000 order to replace all of our cafe's trays, plates and bowls with Falcon Enamelware in the Samphire Green to match our logo. They are gorgeous and because they're so lightweight, it's perfect for our staff who has to carry bus tubs full of them from outside up stairs to the inside (we have only outdoor seating). The only thing is, shipping was $800+ PLUS a customs fee of $400. I mean, that's insane! They really need a US warehouse.
