The bath bombs arrived completely destroyed, I am assuming due to poor packaging. When i reached out (over a month ago) she assured me she would send replacements that weekend! They were never sent & all my messages have since been ignored. We don’t even need them anymore, but I at least want my money back since they were never sent to us!
