About Scratch Pasta
A little backstory: Chef Stephanie Fees started Scratch Pasta after years of cooking in NYC kitchens and at The Greenbrier in West Virginia. When she returned home to run the kitchen at West Manor Estate, a wedding venue in Lynchburg, she took a life-changing detour to “pasta school” in Chiavari, Italy. There, she fell in love with the craft of authentic regional pastas and sauces — and brought that inspiration home. Scratch Pasta was born with a simple goal: to bring fresh, handmade pasta to her hometown. Since then, we’ve grown into a nationwide brand, known for our playful shapes, chef-inspired flavors, and eye-catching boxes.
