This brand is amazing, and their customer service is outstanding—always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The only drawback is the pleather patches. Due to the increased cost of the leather patches, we had to switch, and the pleather simply doesn't have the same look, feel, or quality as genuine leather. If your budget allows, I highly recommend choosing the leather patches.
