Hi! I'm Marie, founder, and dyer here at La petite Leonne. I became a natural dyer when I became a mom. Learning about synthetic dyes and their impact on our health was the scariest thing and I decided to study natural dyes. Quickly I realized that we could do things differently, slowly, as it was done for thousands of years before us. There is something about working with natural colors that just pulls me. Every bath is different, every color is alive and changes over time. It empowers me. It's a true commitment, it doesn't always work my way, but I wouldn't change it for a minute. Creating beautiful colors without harming the environment or those who wear them is our mission. All of our products are naturally dyed with plants in our studio in Montreal, Canada. We imagine pieces that you will keep for a long time, because of their quality and functionality. With a little luck, they will also pass down to the next at the end of their journey in your home.

Purchased product:
4 of the 7 were damaged with what appears to be oil stains - which they obviously added to the lavender. Owner claims discoloration due to the natural dying process, which is completely false! I am in the textile industry & know what variations in the dying a process like and they don't look like big ugly stains! Shop owner wants me to send the damaged items all the way back to Canada on my dime! What a joke!!!! Buyer beware!!!

These eye masks are so pretty! They are a nice size and smell incredible. The lavender scent is very spa-like. My only note is that the green color is less sage and more celery in person. Still very pretty though!
