An amateur brewer for 4 years, we decided a little over a year ago to found our craft brewery LACA BOÏATES. We brew all our beers in an artisanal way using only natural ingredients: water, malts, hops, yeast. All of our beers are alive. Why? Because they are refermented in bottles. No gas is added, it is only the action of the yeasts which, by consuming sugar, develops the aromatic palette of our beers, makes them effervescent and gives them an authentic taste. Our offices are located in La Teste de Buch, 160 Avenue André Ampère. This is where we brew up to 500 liters of beer per day. You then have to wait about 6 weeks depending on the recipe for our beers to be ready to be tasted. We select our malts and hops with care and we brew with respect for raw materials. We are committed to offering you regional beers that will impress you with their tasty tastes. Brewed in Pays de Buch, our beers affirm their styles and identity.
