Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review because I never received my order. While I understand shipping issues can happen, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance from the seller. I followed every recommended step, including contacting the postal service and customer service, but continued to get the runaround. Thankfully, Faire Customer Service stepped in and provided the assistance I needed. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the size of my order.

I am very sorry, but since your order has already shipped, our system does not show an option to cancel or refund the order. As I mentioned before, you will need to go to your order page, select the option to report the package as lost, and proceed from there to process the refund. I love to purchase from this company because the pajamas sell very well in my store. To see this product was listed as made of 100% cotton and then I get the items and it is made 100% of polyester, I am very disappointed.

Overall so disappointing. Items not as advertised. No pockets on the shorts for the gauze 2 piece set. Length of shorts on each leg were uneven. Sizing was so off so the M and XL fit the same. Small was bigger than medium. Drawstrings on medium shorts were a complete different colour than the fabric and other sizing of the same product. Neckline on the 2 piece ribbed knit set was not as shown. Not a knit - more an athletic spandex. Threads coming out of the clothing everywhere.
