I received 2 damaged items but the shipping never said delivered, so I was originally unable to make a claim..so I reached out to them. No communication. I contacted Faire, they marked the package as delivered and gave me proper credit. The company finally reached out (I’m sure because Faire contacted them). They said they couldn’t locate my package & couldn’t help me. I told them, no worries, I had contacted Faire and they credited me. Too bad because I actually liked the product.
