I placed an order and only got part of my items due to several pieces being out of stock. But the kicker is the packaging the bottles come in. They are not big enough to close! How can you send a product someone is going to resell and not have the appropriate size box?

We love these serum bottles. They are very heavy in your hand, really good quality stones. They come with a carrying bag and a tool for removing the roller-ball for refilling. Very well done, nice packaging, great product. Doing well for us with our skin care products
