Seligo chocolate is the first and only unrefined chocolate currently on the market. Unrefined means crafted with a cold and very short process. Unlike any other chocolate producer, we make our product with only 3 plant-based ingredients and no additional cacao butter, vegetable oil, or emulsifiers, making it the ultimate vegan choice. The processing is reduced to a minimal roasting and crushing of the cacao beans, then mixed with only raw cane sugar. This cold and short traditional method that nowadays we would define as Paleo, allows us to retain complex flavor notes of the cacao beans and their precious nutrients, such as flavanols and alkaloids. Our cacao beans are sourced in small batches directly from farmers, and we are the first brand to offer chocolate made in micro-batches. The bite-size cube makes it the perfect guilt-free treat.
