The mock-up was really nice, and we were excited about our customized "gift wrapping tissue" that we wanted for the holiday season. We never received the order, and were credited on our invoice. I truly believe it was a busy time of the year, and somehow our order wasn't processed/fulfilled. I don't need the item now, but if I decided to reorder, I would most likely give this company another opportunity. I realize that things happen, and I loved the quality of the mock-up..

This seller only sent a sample for approval. She recorded the shipment of the sample on faire so it appears as though the order was delivered. Thankfully I immediately addressed this on messages to document. I never received the order and she stopped responding to messages.
