I spoke to one of their representatives. They said they would add items to my order once I sent them my order number. I would not have made this order without that promise as shipping costs were astronomical and not worth ordering. Once I received my product, which took 3 weeks to get to me, there were no extra items as promised. I emailed the rep to see what happened, with no response. They have ghosted me. Will not be ordering again.
