It was my first time ordering, so I only ordered a few pieces. The vegan leather is incredibly soft, I made two team members feel how soft it was when I opened them. The quality and hardware also look very elevated. Hardware is usually the first give away for a "cheap" looking bag and these are stunning. I will definitely be ordering again. Also, I usually remove product tags and add my own but these one's are very nice, cute and give great product info, vegan leather and recycled lining.
