A farmer in Liocourt, in the Moselle region for several generations and now a partner, our farm converted to organic farming in 2015. We produce cereals and, among other things, oats, which are obviously the basis of our artisanal granolas. To start the adventure, we developed a simple recipe with 100% Lorraine ingredients such as organic honey from the Vosges added to our oats. It lives up to its name: the essentials! Its qualities: just two ingredients, gentle cooking at low temperature does not affect the quality of nutrients, no refined sugar, a subtle and slightly crunchy flavor that will complement all your dairy desserts, compotes, snacks and children's breakfasts. Naturally, we wanted to create other recipes that were as delicious and original, both sweet and savory! We wish you to discover them and to enjoy yourself!
