In 1995, frustrated that she couldn’t find a skincare product that met her active family’s needs, and inspired by traditional recipes and ingredients she found in her local environment, Lee Bennion began experimenting. After 5 years of trial and error, she made a salve that worked better than anything she’d found for nourishing, repairing and protecting her skin. Word began to get out, and soon a business was born. Our products are all still handmade by Lee and all of our natural ingredients are locally and/or ethically sourced and selected for specific properties. We do not use any fillers (water, synthetics, stabilizers, cheap waxes or oils), which means that every ingredient in our products is an 'active' ingredient. The result: highly concentrated, all-natural products that we are confident will out-perform others you have tried. Our product line includes our original All Purpose Piñon Salve that has a cult following and is loved by many for its ability to treat most skin issues in addition to being a great moisturizer for hands and feet. Protective Day Face Balm is formulated to moisturize and protect your face from sun, pollution and dry air, and Nourishing Night Face Balm that is a restoring overnight repair balm. Our Piñon Body Oil is our most recent addition and is a luxurious treat for your whole body that smells like the forest and feels like heaven.
