Our order went unacknowledged for a month. Only after repeated check ins and then a request for cancellation was there a response. And then the order was shipped out inexplicably in 3 separate packages (w/ 3 separate shipping charges to us) & missing testers. Reached out again after we received to ask why this was shipped & charged this way and never got a response. Nice products at a good price point. Just bummed with how the order was handled and lack of communication.
