I SUBMITTED SEVERAL INQUIRIES WITH THIS BRAND. THEY NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME. I HAD USED THEM BEFORE AND WE HAD ISSUES. I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

The people was very nice. They shipped in 2 shipments. I did receive 1 of them. I did not receive the other. I was able to contact them and they did respond. Wires got crossed on the second shipment and I ended up canceling it after multiple excuses one of them put me at fault saying one of my employees had approved the change saying they didn't have enough of the items. I am the only employee there and they hadn't talked to me. When I responded to that they said sorry, they had me confused.

I am yet to receive my full order. I am short 15 sweatshirts that are paid for. It has been over 60 days since the order was placed. The owner has had multiple excuses and states they are checking on things yet we still have no product. I never order from companies below a 4 star rating. They were 3.9 when I ordered and I can see that I am not the only one with issues based on reviews and the continuous decline in their ratings. I hope to receive my paid for items but will not order again.

If you are missing items that needs to be reported to faire. It’s showing shipped so if you don’t have them all report that and they will refund you. You are ordering from Faire they do not charge people for items they “Didn’t Receive” they refund in full if anything was reported missing. They handle all money transactions we the vendors do not. I currently still don’t have all my items and the owner will not work with me and is constantly putting blame on everyone else instead of sending the rest of my order. I also paid for it all, so on top of all that, they got my money for stuff I never received. I hope no one else ever orders from them. Terrible ownership.
