Kaela Kay is an Omni channel clothing company started and operated by Ghanaian-Canadian designer Catherine Addai. After the debut of her 1st official collection in 2014 to great reviews, Catherine Addai has grown the brand to great heights. Though brand uses mostly printed fabrics called Ankara (industrially produced cotton cloths with batik printing predominant in Ghana, West Africa, Catherine Addai’s native country), the styles and colors transcend cultures and are presented in way of inclusion for all. Our marketing and advertising strategically uses models, influencers and celebrities of all nationalities. Known for creative, eye catching pieces, the brand often mixes the Ankara prints with stripes and solids for really unique pieces that have garnered brand recognition. Kaela Kay creates clothing that makes women feel beautiful, bold and empowered by offering styles, silhouettes and colors that will make women the center of attention.
