Hi I’m Kim, the owner and maker at K and K Western Designs! I grew up in a suburban neighborhood in the San Francisco bay area where I dreamt of wide open mountain spaces and spending hours in the saddle. I didn’t get my first horse until I was 14 but today (at 54) they are still very much a passion for me. The second "K" in our name is my step daughter Kaitlin. Her dad has been a leather worker for 22 years so she's grown up in the shop. She enjoys making keychains and earrings. We are thankful to live on 10 acres on the outskirts of Sacramento and have found a passion in making western inspired jewelry and accessories. We recently added a laser engraver/cutter to our workshop so are happy to offer some laser cut items. Our favorite thing to do is to hand paint laser engraved items. We've also recently added some one of a kind bead loom cuffs. Beading in the evening is almost like meditating to me. I hope you enjoy the one of a kind items.
