Adam Hansen – My Train Guy – paints Rail Poetry in luminous mixed-media watercolors. Raised on Northeast Ohio whistles and shaped by Navy journeys across five continents, he now works from a nomadic shoji-paper studio, supporting his wife’s military career and raising their children. Deeply inspired by Japanese wabi-sabi, Scandinavian hygge, and Art Deco boldness, he fuses mineral pigments, indigo, gold leaf, and textured washes to celebrate the quiet beauty of regional icons, historic depots, and the timeless dance of man and nature along silent rails and vast landscapes.
