Founded in 2018 by Rozy Kriston, AMPERSAND has been driven by her own struggle with confidence caused by troubled skin. Rozy was all too familiar with how the state of her skin affected the way she felt. Rozy experienced the stress and frustration of dealing with constant breakouts, inflammation, and troubled skin, making her feel extremely self-conscious. Most of the products she used merely masked the condition, and did not treat the underlying cause. So, even though her confidence would be somewhat restored, the result was only temporary. This personal experience motivated Rozy to create and develop products that not only target specific skin concerns for women and men, but also encourage the skin to heal itself.
