About Instar Innovations
About Instar Innovations At Instar Innovations, our mission is to inspire and support nature enthusiasts of all levels—from museums and educators to collectors and hobbyists—by offering high-quality entomological products and natural history–inspired décor and gifts. We believe everyone should have access to the tools and specimens that help them appreciate the beauty and diversity of the natural world. All of our specimens are humanely sourced and carefully prepared by hand. Because these are real natural specimens, variation in size, coloration, and pattern is completely normal, even within the same species. Each specimen is unique. Our pieces are handmade to order, and listing photos are approximately 95% representative of what you will receive. Individual specimens may vary slightly in size, color, or pattern. Occasionally, if a specimen does not meet our quality standards or inventory is unavailable, we may substitute a similar species of equal or greater value. In rare cases, larger specimens may require a slightly larger display container. Butterfly antennae are delicate and cannot be guaranteed during shipping, but we are always happy to replace items damaged in transit. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and are very easy to work with.

Nice insects, but some were smaller than I expected, and some of the frames had plastic on the front vs glass. I think glass is a much better option and shows off the insects better. The atlas was too small for the frame.
