Slow to ship.(1 month) with no communication till I reached out and asked where the products were. Very poor communication. Air Plants started to dry out and die. Mahalo told me to do a claim with Faire and if approved they would replace product. I have heard nothing back from Mahalo. Its 17 days since my last message to them and still no reply.

Hi Sandra, Im so sorry that you're unhappy with your experience. Your order was shipped out later than expected but we notified you as we updated the ship date to an accurate one as we were waiting for a fresh import of tillandsias. Because of the time that you had the product it was up to Faire and their policies on whether they would allow the replacement. Then you requested replacements for products that weren't damaged and had a higher cost to us.
