By doing some of the upfront work, we hope home cooks can better focus on the fun of exploring new foods, flavors, cultures and techniques in their kitchen. Ultimately, we serve as a platform for new cooking experiences. In addition to being globally-inspired, we like to focus on meals and treats that require an artistic, handcrafted, special touch. This includes popular cuisines like sushi and the latest trends like mochi. The DIY Mochi Ice Cream Kit is our best-seller. Over the years, we have found our "sweet spot" to be in gifting (the gift of a unique cooking experience, perfect for adventurous home cooks and foodies).
