This product is visually awesome and such nice quality. Packaging is attractive and playful, making it an easy sell to customers. It would be great if that was all that mattered. We have to get the product, and that has be terribly frustrating. Tracking is never accurate, product arrives late, shipments are split unecessarily, and customer service doesn't align with the shipping department. Recommendation...stop using USPS. Sadly, we will seek other options for this category now.
