I love Yappy Hour. Their products are consistently great, and their customer service is genuinely excellent. On the rare occasion something is missing, they always make it right. Shipping can be slow, but they make up for it with how well they treat their customers. They’re a small company doing their best, and it really shows.

My order was missing 12 bottles of the 12 I got one was cracked, and all the fluid came out. They informed me they would send me 13 new bottles, but they never did, so I asked for a refund for the 13 bottles to be deducted from the original order. They have assured me that will be done multiple times But it was not given to me until I went to all of their social media Outlets and went to Faire. I ordered June 13th and did not get my credit until August 17th.

I placed an order with 3 different beers with a private label on April 20th. I cannot believe how frustrating it has been communicating with this company, I have been extremely patient but all they say is “we will get back to you soon” and never do since then I have ran out of patience and canceled my order and now in the process of hopefully getting my refund soon. great products but company’s commitment and communication are unacceptable
