About Daisy Snow
We are a small, family run business based on an organic farm in North Devon. We’re passionate about creating products that are produced under fair trade conditions, made from recycled or natural fibres, and that showcase hand craft and traditional techniques from around the world. The business was founded by Ian, in 1977, through frequent travel to India throughout the 60’s and early 70’s. Our style is bold, full of colour and detail. We endeavour to design and showcase pieces that are timeless, that have character, stories to tell and that will last generations. Order arrived damaged. Candles arrived broken and baubles with damp lacquer placed in paper bags meant that paper bag was stuck to the baubles in all areas. We were instructed to wash it. At the time, a new order was raised by the company to replace and distribute replacement items since we reported the issue. They subsequently had us expecting further items to arrive for an entire month before they chose without explanation to cancel the product replacements. Absolute joke. Never again.

I'm very sorry to hear this response. I regularly contacted you about this and tried to get this resolved for you. Initially I said these can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove the paper marks. I also said you could return these to us and I would do this myself and send these back out. The replacement order was put on hold until we heard back from you. Many weeks passed and I assumed that either yourself would wipe these or you would return to me and I would do this. That is why the replacement order was cancelled. We are more than happy to do a replacement order again but do need the original baubles returned to us. There was a lot of communication about this and I really did try to get this resolved so it is such a shame to have been left such a negative review about this —Daisy Snow • Jan 7, 2026
