No labels are sewn into any of the products (only size)! You get no information on where the products were manufactured, what material they are made of, and how to care for or wash them. This information is mandatory in Europe, so my question is, are they produced here in Denmark as stated??? What bothered me the most was that my inquiries were not answered promptly, and I was stalled with excuses. Very unprofessional, unfortunately!

Hi Birte, We are surprised to receive this review from you. You have purchased our products before in May 2025 where you didn't express any dissatisfaction. You were in fact happy with the products and placed another order. This time you wrote us a message on Thursday 4th December in German and we politely asked you to send us the long message in English. You then sent a message in English friday evening with quite a rude tone and we have not replied because we have not been working during the weekend. All the information for washing is available on our website and we are happy to provide the information about materials etc. to you. We find that big lables on the harnesses are not very aesthetically pleasing and annoying (scratchy) for the dog. —Puppy Bohème • Dec 9, 2025
