I was contacted by a rep by calling my cell the day after I received the shipment insisting that an item I reported missing was included in my order.. turns out she contacted the wrong customer.. but I discovered that I was missing this ribbon from my order & I told her.. she said it was no longer in stock & she would issue a refund.. now she tells me that Faire won’t allow her to refund thru the app.. It appears to me this person isn’t very well organized.I doubt I reorder with her.
