Lark Ellen Farm started in a small Ojai kitchen with a simple goal: make food that makes you feel good. Founder Kelley Scanlin began sprouting, soaking, and air-crisping nuts and seeds long before it was a trend. What she developed became the Day Spa Process™, a gentle soak, rinse, and slow Air Crisped™ finish that supports easier digestion and brings out natural flavor without high heat or added oils for the crisping process. Our organic granolas and sprouted nuts and seeds are USDA Organic, grain-free, gluten-free, and made without seed oils or refined sugar.
