Hi, I'm Nidhi, AKA Masala Mama. When I moved to the US from India, I discovered that the nutritious, subtly spiced plant-based food I was used to eating was virtually impossible to find here. So I created Masala Mama to bring the flavors of my home to homes everywhere, with products that don't compromise on either taste or ingredient quality. I come from a culture where cooking is an expression of love, and you use the best ingredients because you care for the people you cook for. My guiding principles are: fanatical devotion to quality ingredients, attention to detail, and the use of traditional cooking methods and custom spice blends.
