Purchased products:
I previously purchased Michael Malul fragrances and currently own several products. While the fragrances themselves are well-made, my recent experience with the brand was disappointing. A follow-up order was rejected with the explanation that my business was “not a good fit,” despite prior approved purchases. No explanation was provided as to what changed or how my store differed from others. The lack of transparency and consistency negatively impacted my impression of the brand.

Our products are manufactured and packed in cases of 12, which is why we cannot break the boxes and can only sell in increments of 12.
