Hi! I'm Jeffrey Posner and I love learning and teaching movement. As an athlete, I was involved with lacrosse, football and wrestling, eventually playing lacrosse on a collegiate level. Through this journey and the overall practice of physical culture, I have been inspired by movement methods and yoga lineages. These include, but are not limited to Hatha, Katonah Yoga®, Lotus Flow™, Ido Portal Movement Culture and the Functional Range Systems®. This foundation of education is has led to the Yoga Framework “course book” and “sequence deck”, (featured here). My methods and teaching style have been featured on Yoga Journal, Spartan TV and other prominent media outlets.
