LOVE the products & they sell well, so I keep ordering. But it takes well over a month to get the product after ordering. There is little to no communication about lead time. Est arrival date listed is highly inaccurate. (I'm in 6th week from last order & still no tracking.)

I am so glad this came up on my email feed this morning for a review. I always give companies the benefit of the doubt as things happen. What I DO NOT appreciate is putting in an order months ago during faire market, have it not ship, and then being "completely ghosted" by the company as they have not returned any of my multiple emails. In fact, got faire involved and they have not replied to faire either. Maybe this will be the nudge they need to respectfully reply as we DO want our order.
