Other craftsmen might show you a house or a table they have built. But as a master distiller, I master a craft that will delight your palate. From me, you get premium Korn with the name MEMORY! "Someone has turned their hobby into a profession," some might think now. Northern Germany and its Korn are legendary: disco and party in the village, the DJ is going full throttle and everyone has schnapps with cola or Fanta in hand. In the next pub, the parents, grandma or grandpa are sitting in front of the "Herrengedeck" or just downing a shot. It was never quite like that, but these images aren't completely wrong either. Korn and the slightly higher-proof Kornbrand are as much a part of Northern Germany's history and tradition as gin is to England, rum to the Caribbean, or vodka to Poland and Russia. All classics.
