Communication with this brand isdifficult. I put in for a cancel in time but since this vendor does not process messages timely they replied it was too late so I asked to return items took several days and numerous messages to get the brand to answer. Finally over a week later I received an answer of sorry but no return. I am a first time customer this vendor should have accommodated on a small order. Thank you Faire for stepping in and taking care of the return
