My beginnings in raw vegan cooking was in 2016 - 2017, after going through an illness and a lot of fear. From there, I discovered that we can change habits and improve our way of eating, cleanse emotions and try to live better. I started a very nice journey that does not end. Since then, I have been learning in raw vegan and vegetarian cooking schools and I keep informing and updating myself. I discovered an incredible world, and how through food we can change our vision, find connection with our feelings, observe our emotions, we have more energy, we nourish our body, it is no longer the pleasure of filling our stomach, but the pleasure of nourishing ourselves. I found in me, an ability (that I didn't know I had) to prepare desserts and sweets treats. It was and is my "magic moment". My mind explodes with creativity, from making the recipe to finishing the dessert with a handmade decoration, improvised, with colors and imagination. These are moments that transport me to another dimension, I am in my atellier, immersed in creative certainty. At the end of the dessert I feel satisfaction and gratitude for having achieved it. The same happens to me with the rest of the elaborations. That is why I would like to reach each one of you with this way of eating, to satisfy your sweet tooth with the best ingredients that nature gives us, rich, full of vitamins and minerals.
