We honor our family tradition by sourcing coffee from regional collectives & farms throughout Haiti. Our mission is to bring you a coffee that transports you to the mountainside in Haiti with its flavor. Coffee farming supports Haitian agriculture, ensures economic viability for Haitian farmers and promotes reforestation - the farmers that we work with plant one new tree for every pound of coffee that we import. All of our coffee is organically grown and shade-grown and we pay better-than-Fair-Trade rates for the beans. We roast weekly in Brooklyn, NYC for maximum freshness.
