I always pack orders with great care, but unfortunately parcels can get damaged during transit once they’re with the shipping carrier. I also reuse clean boxes as a sustainable choice, and in this case the recycled box wasn’t strong enough for the heavier memo pads something I’ll definitely improve moving forward. A refund has been arranged for the missing items. I’m really sorry your order arrived this way. That’s absolutely not the experience I want for my customers. —Bloemkolie • Mar 9, 2026
