About Supported Soul
Hi! I’m Nicole. Supported Soul was created during my battle with postpartum depression after the birth of my two sons. Spending time on my mat helped me reconnect with my soul and I knew I wanted to share the transformational power of yoga with others. I believe movement is medicine and through sharing my passion for yoga I want to motivate people to take time to focus on their physical, mental, and spiritual health. My hope is that my beautiful, eco-friendly yoga mats will support your soul, elevate your routine and inspire calm and creativity.

The quality of the pro grip yoga mats is exceptional— it offers perfect grip & cushion making my yoga practice so much more comfortable. The designs are beautiful, and durability is top notch. On top of that the customer service was fantastic! They were very responsive, helpful and my nets arrived quickly. I highly recommend Supported Soul for anyone looking for a premium yoga mat product & experience.
